Sales Development Representative (Virtual, Full-time)

Job Summary:

As Sales Development Representative, your role will be to find and qualify new prospects, work a pipeline of your existing prospects and motivate decision-makers to schedule a demo. We will rely on you to be responsive to prospective client inquiries about the various products that embody our total practice solution.

As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be responsible for meeting and exceeding established revenue goals by:

  • Finding and developing leads, including motivating attorneys to want to view a product demo
  • Responding to telephone and email inquiries, and booking appointments with attorneys
  • Educating prospective clients on the benefits of our various products and services
  • Developing relationships and encouraging client referrals
  • Tracking and reporting daily activities and prospect information in Salesforce
  • Attending company meetings, trainings, and trade shows
  • Working seamlessly with all departments as one team
  • Meeting WealthCounsel’s standards for professional conduct and appearance at all times

Here’s what you’ll need to be successful in this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience
  • 2+ years sales development experience 
  • Exceptional telephone consultative sales skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Sound computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office 
  • Knowledge of Salesforce preferred
  • Demonstrated track record of hitting sales targets
  • Collaborative and comfortable with change

Work Environment and Company Benefits:

This is a virtual, full-time position. You will work remotely from your home office, and occasional travel may be required for meetings, trade shows and training.

Salary:

The salary range listed reflects the total on target earnings for this position (base salary plus commissions).
