Accounts Receivable Specialist (Virtual, Fulltime)

WealthCounsel has an exciting opportunity working from home and is seeking a capable and experienced Accounts Receivable individual that will work alongside the Accounting Manager in a team-oriented environment. This vital role will greatly contribute to the company's success. The primary responsibilities of this individual will be reviewing customer contracts, setting up billing schedules, & interfacing directly with customers. 

Key Activities:

  • Receive & process new member applications while ensuring completeness.
  • Maintain & process contract changes, amendments, suspensions & cancellations, within the Zuora billing system.
  • Work directly with members/customers regarding any contract questions & collection issues.
  • Maintain record of expiring cards, and follow up as needed
  • Process member/customer credit card and ACH payments, invoices, and credit memos within Zuora.
  • Administer member referral program, tracking new referrals & application or payment of referral credits.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Member Services departments by providing information as requested on new contracts, suspensions, and cancellations.
  • Maintain a record of communication with members/customers within Salesforce and Zuora.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Sound computer skills, including Excel & Office applications.

Education and Experience:

  • Three year's minimum experience in accounts receivable & contract administration.
  • Experience with Zuora/Salesforce (desirable).
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Must be accurate, organized and detail oriented.
